EMERGENCY! DIEING HEN!

Hey friends, my dad bought me 2 new chickens. 1 is fine the other one i think is dieing! So she has a couple problems. First, she stands on 1 foot some times (i dont know if thats bad) but i think the foot she keeps up nails are hurt ill post a picture. Can they grow back stronger? Also, she is i think 1 week before laying eggs age. She is a red sex link i think. I called the place and they said they dont worm there chickens im thinking she might have worms. I've tried to get worming medicine but no farm supply store i know of has it! Otherwise she doesn't seem to perky and at the moment she has her head buried in her feathers! What is wrong! Someone help!!!I CANT FEEL A CROP ON HER AND I DONT THINK SHES EATING MUCH ALSO HER BEAK IS CUT I guess from the chicken factory as babies MAYBE Its hard for her to get food?

LSO HER BEAK IS CUT NOT FULLY BUT I THINK FROM BABIES THERE CUT OFF MAYBE ITS HArd for her to get food?

UM try giving her diamectous earth in her food to worm her wrap her foot that she is holding up and try giving her gatorade or powerade and give her electrolytes
