If they only sneeze they might be having CRD it's common no need to feel bad
Once u treat them they will be fine and Medicine will heal all the symptoms within 48hrs of administration

Small birds are most prone to get Infection as their immunity is low

All things garlic , mint , oregano , apple cider vinegar boost Immunity

If the chicks came from a breeder who had the respiratory disease, may have been carriers and brought it along with them. I would get the Baytril if possible. Let us know what the label says to help you with dosage.

Couldn't get baytril. But The chemist gave me metranedazol nad amoxcilin. Should i give it to them? Which one would be better?

You have to go to the Veterinary Medicine store not Human Chemist ..
And No I Don't Suggest Any Human Drug To The Birds I Personally Not Suggest I Only Use All Medicine Labelled For Veterinary

There is not a single veterinary medicine store in Haridwar.even If you to the vet here, even he presicribes human medicines because there is no other option.
