Unfortunately it died this afternoon. I have had the worst luck with chicks this year.Yeah, it is sad. But this is part of nature, too, unfortunately. Did it die?
We are just grateful that we have four healthy fluffy nuggets. This was the first year we had a broody hen, and I didn't want to stop a hen for hatching some babies.
