I forgot to write my set up date on the calendar, and I thought today was lock down. When I went to lockdown and add water for humidity, I already had 4 pips. They were in an auto turner, and the humidity was only at 30 percent. I got the turner out and added water as fast as I could, but will the hatch still be successful? Please give me some good news...[IMG]

I have completely forgotten hatches before and had chicks hatch in the turner, they were fine.

I think they will be totally fine. I have read of folks doing the same thing and no problems! Let us know how it works. [IMG]

so relieved...I recently lost 25 birds to coyotes, and put these in to start rebuilding my flock. I couldn't imagine having another loss...
I'll let you all know how it goes.
