My son just filled a waterer for my flock with bleach water I had mixed for disinfecting purposes. He said he watched them drink it. It was 30 minutes before he told me what he had used and I took it away from them. I don’t remember what the concentration was! Will this hurt them?? What can I do??
I’m putting fresh out right now.

I would put fresh water out and go from there. They will probably throw up but the fresh water will help flush it out of their system.
But I’m no expert. I could call the local vet and ask their advice first and foremost.

There are people that use bleach in their waterers, rain barrels, etc. to keep the algae down and prevent sliminess. I'm not one of them, but I know people do, and there are loads of articles and posts on various forums about it. I would not worry too much. Most disinfecting solutions are fairly dilute. I would just give them fresh water and keep an eye on them. If it was straight bleach it would have burned their mouths and throats, dilute enough it will probably not hurt them. But I would try not to have it happen again.
In the event that one does become ill, I would give activated charcoal. 1 tsp activated charcoal powder in 8 oz of water and give it 6-8 times a day. This can cause some dehydration, so make sure plenty of fresh water is given also.

Milk of magnesia too would maybe help with the activated charcoal?

The activated charcoal will absorb the toxin, the milk of magnesia will push it through faster. Since bleach is caustic I would probably give the charcoal first with a little time to absorb it before moving it faster through the digestive tract. But milk of magnesia will speed up the passing since it's a laxative. I would tend to use that more with something that is more like a neurotoxin that will do more damage the longer the body has to absorb it, rather than some thing caustic that may burn. If both are used then dehydration and electrolite imbalance becomes a bigger issue, so plenty of fluids need to be replaced. In this case, simply giving lots of water may be all that's needed as it will further dilute whatever they may have taken in. If it had been straight bleach it would have been much more serious (and I doubt they would have drank any- but one never knows for sure).
