The chook is much better today and it eat drinks and poos.
Good to hear. That neck does not look like it's in the correct position for a normal chook neck.
Spasms and twisting of the neck are pretty common symptoms of a few things from Marek's to nutrition deficiency, but not a symptom of Cocci (which doesn't mean the chook can't have both diseases at the same time, in fact it's possibly more common than not for them to become dually infected, or even infected with more diseases than two or three, at the same time, when their immune system is compromised by injury, infection, parasites, deficiency, stress, or whatever else of the many things that can do it).
I'd probably supplement the chook with vitamin mix or whatever you use for that, and see if that fixes the head movements.
