Emergency Helps Needed, Its Urgent Please

Be sure she has regular drinking water at all times. You can also give her some milk. It won't help her illness but, chickens tend to like the taste of it. Give her as much regular chicken feed as she will eat. You can also give her bread, toast, pasta, cereal, crackers ect., fruit such as peaches, apples and any kind of berry. Also when you feed them potatoes, do you cook them first? I've heard they can get sick from raw potatoes.

Do you mind my asking what coutnry you are in? Can you get chicken food? Your hen needs layer feed that is made for hens of laying age. Your roosters can have this also. Their diet as you described in lacking in nutrients for them to be healthy.

I am in Pakistan and I can get all type of chicken foods, My hen is going to the recovery level, But my rooster is still not eating anything except water, What should i do for it ?

My advice would be to give them plain yoghurt once a week, they love it and it's a great probiotic
I also put apple cider vinegar in their water once a week. Good luck

I would make a mash of chicken food, water and yogurt. Make it pretty runny. Try feeding him that. You may have to force him to eat at first. Open his beak and drop some into the front of his mouth. He should swallow. Keep doing this until you can feel some food in his crop. You can also get some vitamins/electrolytes to put into his water. That way, when he drinks he will get some nutrients. You can do this with probiotics as well. I'm a little lost since I'm not sure what brands you can find in Pakistan. Here, we would buy poly vi sol, without iron, and give him .5 mls per day. That is a good children's vitamin that works well for chickens, also.

They also love scrambled egg. You can try giving him that, also. Chop it really fine, add some milk or butter milk to make it really soft and using your fingers, put some into his mouth. Your little hen that is recovering might like to have some of this or, the mash also. It is great to help them get nutrients when they have been feeling under the weather.

I hope your rooster gets better soon and that your hen continues on the road to recovery :)

I hope your hen enjoys it :) MIne all love it! Sometimes, I mix applesauce or banana chunks into it :)
