Take away the fan that is bad especially any cool breeze will make them go down fast. You need to get a thermometer and put inside where you are keeping them. Temperatures should be about 90 degrees or a bit more. Look up raising chicks it is all there. The fan may be deadly Think if they had their mom she don't have a fan. Just give them plenty of space and if you feel they are to warm above 90 degrees move them but check with a thermometer for accuracy. Keep in touch

A home made set up for a young chick looks something like this ..with a box, heat lamp , food and chick crumb..do you have them in something similar?

If not and you do not have a lamp then if you could put them into a similar box with a paper towel lining ..Remove the fan (as previously suggested) create a snug little nest bit Incase they are cold..maybe with a feather duster or similar (clean) to mimic sitting under the mother hen...

Make sure they have constant access to shallow water to drink ...chick crumb to eat..somewhere to snuggle ..see if they find their voice ..

Make sure they have clean water and food.Don't handle them to much.If you just bought them they are probably only 2 or 3 days old.The shock of bouncing around when bringing them home and new surroundings will stress chicks out.Best to leave them alone for first 24 hrs. From picture you posted they are 3 or 4 days old

I have a box but no heat lamp. I also dont have food and water placed inside the box. Because for food and water i usually give them in the yard. I have made many holes for ventilation

You need to get them on antibiotics immediately injection if possible. If not by mouth but it is hard because they are having a hard time breathing through their mouth and the liquid could go into their lungs called aspiration into the lungs and they will not make it if that happens. Try to keep them hydrated but it will be very hard if they are mouth breathing or gasping to breathe. Wish I had more for you hopefully things will work out I will check in to see how things are going. Good luck
