EMERGENCY - Hen twitching - Muscle Distortion

Crop should be full at bedtime. If it is not, as @TropicalChickies stated, that is a problem! Why isn't she eating?
Yes, if she is starving, the twitching could possibly be a vitamin or mineral deficiency and/or dehydration/electrolyte imbalance.

I read on your other thread that she is wheezing. If her crop is empty at night, a respiratory infection (or worms) can cause loss of appetite.

Do you see her eat?

I'm not diagnosing, but deficiency is a possibility if she is not eating. And she cannot fight any infection if she doesn't eat.

If the crop is empty at night, I'd get some liquids and a vitamin solution with B complex and E, and the mineral selenium into her.

And get her to eat some soft scrambled egg. Egg has the nutrients she would need as well.
