It started a month ago. My chickens started sneezing and several had hard time breathing. I separated out the sick ones to their own individual cages. I took the sickest one to the vet and he said she had a upper respiratory infectio. Gave me as sulfur drug to put in their water. I treated the whole flock. After the six days they were a little better but still some discharge from their noises.
Called the Vet again and he had me dose them again for six days. Most are well but yesterday a young hen was very lethargic so I separated her out. This morning she can hardly stand and loud gurgle coming from her throat and clear liquid in her mouth. I tried giving her some VetRx but her mouth is full of what looks like snot! What should I do? There is only one avion vet in the area and he’s doesn’t do emergencies. Help!

There are different respiratory diseases from viruses, bacteria, and (mold) fungus. Each one has differing symptoms. Infectious bronchitis causes sneezing and congestion for about a month in each chicken, and it passes through most of the flock. Mycoplasma or MG may cause bubbles or foam in one or both eyes, sometimes swollen eyelids, and other symptoms. Coryza, is much worse, causing a bad odor, thick mucus from the nostrils and swollen gunky eyes.

I B does not respond to antibiotics. MG or coryza may respond. The sulfa antibiotics are more for coryza. MG is treated with other antibiotics including tylosin, doxycyxline, and denagard. You may try to clean out the mucus in the beak so that her airway stays clear. Clean the nostrils if they become clogged. Did you ever notice any bubbles in eyes or swelling of the face?

What's her crop like - is it emptying overnight?

I agree, it does sound like respiratory disease, but sometimes other conditions can arise when a bird is not well and on medications. Clear liquid and gurgling, I would check the crop function too.

Is she pooping? Can you get photos of the poop and of her too?

No, just yellow goo on nostrils and gurgling in throat.
