EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS in EXTREME HEAT: flock members are being lost in these oppressive temperatures, so it's a good idea to be READY to handle a heat-releated emergency by having a tub of cool (not cold) water ready at all times. WATCH for droopy, listless, pale chickens and if you find one, IMMEDIATELY dunk them up to their necks in the cool water, which will bring their body temperatures down, likely saving their lives. Chickens can very quickly deteriorate in this heat & we're their 911 line.
Here are nearly 20 additional tips to try to help keep them safe:

I dunked 4 of my hens today. My RIR wings were all the way drooped to the ground. I could only catch 4. The flock is able to get plenty of shade in the woods. I put fresh water with Gatorade and their feed in the woods, so they don't have to walk very far and use any extra energy. My EE just sat there enjoying every moment. The others fought me, but are now up and about in the sun.:/

I just read last week in Chickens Magazine that the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy recommends adding 1 to 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar per gallon of water once or twice a week. It is supposed to help with cold or hot extremes by helping to regulate their metabolism. I read a little more about it online and it's supposed to be a natural coccidiostat, so it suppresses pathogens in the digestive tract and promotes a better immune response. So, I'm not sure how much it helps with heat, but it won't hurt. You can check out www.albc-usa.org and ChickensMagazine.com

It sounds like they're being very well taken care of by you. Something you may want to try is putting vitamins and electrolytes in their water. Sav-a-Chick and Life-Lytes are two brands that are made especially for poultry, which can help with heat stress.
