Emergency!!!! Neck Injury? after Impacted Crop... Help!!!

It's healing. She's just itchy so keeping her from reinjuring it has been a task. Treated her for mites. Any advice on anything to keep her from being so itchy and when can I put dust bath back I kept it out after impaction and injury as I didn't want to get her wound full of dirt or for her to eat any and make the impaction worse
