EMERGENCY! Need help for my Injured chick

My Father accidently step on my 1 month old baby chicken. It got some serious injury in it's leg and bleed a little. Now it can't walk perfectly. My mom applied turmeric paste into the injured area. But now how do i take care of it? I don't have any vet near me.

Id make a splint for its leg with a stick and bandaid/gauze/tape to keep it stable.
