Lubricate her and Tuck it in.
Swaddle her up in some towels and snuggle her for a little bit if she’s used to being handled.
Get her settled in the crate I’m not.
Did you do an internal exam to see if there’s an egg in there? Sometimes you can feel it through the outer wall of the abdomen and try to work it down.
But the caveat here, I’m sorry to say is that sometimes they don’t survive this. If they have a weakness in their heart (which could be the darkened comb- but not definitely) or an underlying reproductive issue that can’t be turned around she might pass in the night.
