Emergency Need help sick baby Turkey

Turkey 8 weeks old
started snicking a few days ago had one puffy eye & nasal drainage clear fluid no one else is sick
did a nasal flush with tylan and warm boiled water
alot worse today my poor baby face is swollen on one side size of a golf ball eye is almost protruding dont knwo what to do to relive pressure cannot see from that eye

please help this is my pet

I have never seen an eye bulge like that.

Sounds like the baby has CRD or infectious Coryza.

I would try injectable Tylan and Terrimycin eye ointment for the eyes. I assume it is isolated from the other birds?

I have never drained fluid from the face, but you might be able to use a syringe to aspirate some of the liquid from its jaw. Leave the eye alone.
