Where are you located? Can you find some small grit or tiny rocks to help her digest the hair? I would also recommend giving a small amount of oil as recommended aby @azygous. Make sure the peachick is drinking plenty of water.

No, do not do this.
You can squirt it down the wrong pipe and kill her for sure if you do it wrong.
You must know what you are doing ignorer to force anything down a bird.
