It could be a respiratory disease called MG (mycoplasma gallisepticum,) but they also could be pecking each other’s eyes. Are they acting lethargic and sick? Are they eating and drinking? MG is a chronic disease that will spread to other chickens and poultry. Here is some reading about MG:

You may want to clean their eyes with saline and apply some Terramycin eye ointment into eyes twice a day.

nope, they don't peck each other at all. I'm with them all the time, they aren't lethargic or sick. very, very active and playful. they eat and drink a lot, they look very weird.. but otherwise they're fine. bald patches around their body, not like the fluffy chicks we had before, but again i dont know if its the breed.
 
oh..um the eye could have gotten infected but i haven't herd that one before.
it's not the eye, like i mentioned its the area around the eye which is crusty and has grey water coming out from it. and their poop look like snakes or worms and chicks dont poop like that, it also smells horrible.
