emergency please help

i went in the coop earlier to check on our hens, and found one sleeping by the water, and didnt stir as i moved around feeding and watering. i kept an eye on her throughout the day, and she has slept all day. i moved her to a bin in the house with food and water, she is still sleeping quite a lot, and is slow and lethargic. she currently has food and water, and i noticed she has had runny stool today, and her crop is pretty full. the temps were somewhat low recently but have rocketed to the 80s this week. i have never had anything like this happen before and am panicking. please give any advice. thank you

update: she is swallowing the water i am giving her, and i put a fan next to her crate indoors, thinking maybe she overheated? she seems slightly more alert but is still very sluggish. please offer advice
