Emergency!! Positioned wrong/Assisted hatching! Please help!

There are no paper towels in the bator anymore. There are little vents though, should I be opening one for the baby?

According to what I've rea, vents should be open when chicks and ducklings start to hatch. As they start to hatch they produce more co2, which is lethal at low amounts, so vents need to be opened to allow or proper circulation. Make sense?

The little guy just SHOT out of his shell! I pulled his head out and the feet instantly kicked and kicked and kicked. The shell was off in less than 30 seconds. No yolk sac, his head is held high! He's already learning to stand!!!

Ok let me make one thing clear before you start any surgery. When you have the shall off and you can see the membrane you must wet it wet it really good so that you can see threw it so you will know exactly where those veins are very important to know if there are any before proceeding.
