Emergency!! Positioned wrong/Assisted hatching! Please help!

She's still connected to her shell, with this weird cord from her butt. We didnt want to pull it off, but she was chirping up a storm last night. Kicked the shell off while Ryan was cleaning her. He got the poopie off her butt.
I wasnt able to effectively clean her very well last night. She was so weak and felt a bit cold so I wanted to get her into her bator as soon as possible. She's breathing perfectly fine. She's so much smaller than her brothers!

I don't like the black on her cord. Can you give me another pic

VERY VERY VERY GENTLY, get a qtip and from the belly button down towards the shell stroke her cord. Clean it best you can then give her three hours after that goes what, YOUR GONNA CUT THE CORD HAHAHA but not until we tie it..

She can't yet I see blood still very risky right now, if that breaks well you know so we need to get some gooy stuff off so that it will shrink up and get dried. That gooy stuff is keeping it wet,
