Emergency!! Positioned wrong/Assisted hatching! Please help!

Me too!  I thought Noodles was Number 3!

Vanessa & Ryan, Noodles will have a tribute today through the viewing of Kung Fu Panda (Ahhhh he got the Noodle Dream!)  I've told my family and my friends (at our bird/cockatiel wedding, last night), about the miracles that have been created this weekend.  I applaud ALL of you for the exhaustive difficult work and determination (not to mention the hard decisions that needed to be made) to help them get where they needed to be! I wish your whole family love and spoiled duckie love!  Please update with pictures, you have OBVIOUSLY touched so many lives!! :yiipchick  (best duckies I could find.. HEY BYC! we need some DUCKY smilies! :D

How DOES one contact you Lori( LACRYSTOL)?:hugs

Thank you so much! This has been the biggest adventure that we've been through. It's been so difficult, but seeing the success of the terrible trio has been the boost we needed to keep going. Every successful assisted hatch was another push to keep going. And these kind words from all of you amazing members is the positivity that I (Vanessa) really need to help keep my chin up. (Along with Ryan and the beautiful babies that we pulled into the world) I'm glad that he came out last. It was quite a twist to the ending of our egg tale.
Thanks again! :D
Your kind words mean so much!

I have been reading this thread like a novel! So riveting! On the edge of my seat wondering what was going to come next! So thankful you guys had lacrystol and great job! So sorry about #4 but I so loved the idea of his forever home. Good luck with your 3 little quackers![/quote
Thank you! And at least he was able to see a glimpse of the world and hear our loving voices before he went.

The boys meeting their new sister. They greeted her by preening her. Then they cuddled and passed out inside of moms shirt.

Thank you so much! He did keep us humble. Mother Nature takes a tax when she hands out miracles. She wanted to keep noodles for herself. At least he got his first taste of fresh air before he went. And at least it was painless and quick. Ryan says that he took two breaths and went with a little peep. He called to the world. He made his presence (however fleeting) known. We are proud of him for being such a fighter. He was the first egg to move, we thought he would be the first to hatch. Even when we made an air hole, he fought and got his beak out on his own. We will forever carry him with us in our hearts while we raise his siblings.

You are an excellent ducky mom to see the beauty in the midst of heartbreak. Keep doing what you're doing. I'm confident that each future hatch will be easier and more successful than the one before it.
