Please help. looks like on quails breast is filled with liquid. It smells horrible. I think this happened because I fed all my quails fermented feed. Please help I think the food might have got stuck In the stomach. The quails is week and poops diarrhoea. I have 22 quails and I am scared that it’s not only her.

Somethig could have become lodged in it's crop, preventing the bird to digest the feed or water and thus the bad smell.
I haven't had that many problems with quail having crop issues, except when associated with other diseases.
The fermented feed shouldn't have caused an issue but ???
You might try to get it to swallow some ACV...I don't ever recommend ACV, as it really doesn't do much good, except if sour crop or 'thrush' issues.

What is ACV

And what should I do if it doesnt want to drink
Use a small syringe or eye dropper, place it on the side of the beak and it will swallow a little at a time as you release a drop or two at a time.
