Then you don't have a coop, just a pen? I agree, bring them inside immediately. They do not do well in extremely wet conditions they can't get out of.

Agreed, it sounds like you have a pen or run, an uncovered fenced area? Get them some kind of shelter from the rain and wind until you can make a proper coop.
