Im not sure where that is tbh, she’s been slowly coming out of the egg after cheeping, and we check on her and her stomach is bloody. She’s being raised by a new broody.

Well, then she will likely pass on her own soon enough, though it will take longer and she will suffer.
No, not much can be done. She's got an open wound. She likely is already septic. There is really no way to save this chick, I'm sorry to say.
