My Chicken Pooped Egg Mixed With Bright Green Poop and Won't Eat?!

Hey everyone. Last Saturday, my chicken got attacked by my dog (see here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/emergency-dog-bite-wound-to-chicken.1678485/ ) She was slowly improving, but over the past few days has started to decline. I let her out into the run to get some exercise. Long story short she pooped what looks like and egg mixed with bright green poop. I have never seen anything like this. She wont eat or drink, she just stands hunched over. Anything helps! Thanks! @coach723 @Eggcessive @BigBlueHen53
