Emergency with my duck.

I have a 4 1/2 month old rouen duck male. About an hour ago, we went outside and he was drinking water, then he was on his back shaking with his wings spread out. We picked him up and he stumbled like he couldnt walk for awhile. I brought him inside and he keeps walking in circles. He can walk from one side of the room to the other, though. He's not eating or drinking, if he stops walking, hes wobbly, but he mainly just keeps walking. I don't know if it matters but his poop is all water, too. What's wrong with my duck and can I help him?
