Emergency! Yellow lesions in mouth

Thought chicken had fowlpox on mouth but recently I vaccinated since one of them had fowlpox 6 months ago and the lesions where white. But the one on hers is yellow and it’s getting a bit bigger, she doesn’t have swollen eyes, nor bubbles on eyes, no lethargicness, walks normal and acts normal and eats normal. She has it on the side near the left side of her beak. Saw that ronidazole is good but which one?

If anyone know where I could get the medicine from I’d appreciate it, and could it be bought from Amazon?. I have seen a few pigeons pop up randomly but none have gone inside my chickens coop. But they have touched soil my chickens touch

Would love to know what medication is needed since tomorrow I’m going to the store and if there is some in Walgreens or CVS I’ll get some or someone can show me how it looks like. Could there be some at walmart?

I think so one of my hens had fowl pox wet one separated her and vaccinated the others they never caught it, but she died since it was the wet version and it looks nothing like this, hers where white, and she didn’t eat nor drink and her eyes where closed. While my welsummer is acting normal. Know any medicine I can buy her?

So what medicine is good for her it’s definitely not fowlpox she’d be not eating or just laying but she’s being herself screaming wanting treats, running around.
