Emergency!!

Hello all! It’s almost day 20 and I’ve just been to my incubator to see that the temperature has dropped to 35 degrees Celsius and I can’t get it to rise! Can I get some fast advice?

Take some towels, and put them in hot water, wrap the incubator with them, if it's a foam incubator that won't help though.

A few heated rocks in with, but not touching the eggs???

What brand and model is it?
