Emergency!

Does he stays under the rain or it's just the humidity and weather? I wouldn't expect a chicken to be very sick (watery green poop, lethargic) after a rain. I would watch him close to see if he recovers. For the eye discharge I think he's developing a respiratory disease, but it's hard to say because he has no other symptoms. Maybe it's related to the bubbles on the face, maybe not.
I'm sorry I'm not being so helpful, I hope he recovers quickly.
Yesterday he stood under very light rain for 2 mins...
I hope too he recovers quickly its heartbreaking to see him like this..

I believe there is some sort of fowl pox as well do the other chickens have those bubbles too?
No my other rooster only had one and he is very much fine too
I don't have a vet who treats rooster near me but i really want to help him as much as possible.
