I am treating the spraddle leg with a rubber band threaded through a short piece of drinking straw with one leg through each end of rubber band. It seems now like it just doesn't know how to take a step forward? I put it's back to a corner of the bin and it try's to walk backward and looks behind it. Then it steps back all the way to the corner and falls forward. It seems like its week legs or ankles are making it find a new way to walk.? Thanks for your help. I will try to find the emergency area to post in.

Why is my female duck keep her butt up high and won't let me touch her tail. Shes barely making a nosie. What wrong with her?

She may be eggbound - an egg is stuck inside.

Carefully put her in a warm - not hot - tub of water, let her float and swim, watch her carefully.

After an hour or so she may pass it.

More calcium in her diet may help. Is she eating layer feed?
