emptying your feed bag

This will sound like a stupid question but what is your preferred way of getting feed from the bag into your feed container/bin. Do you open the bag and just hope it will all go in? put the bag in the feed bin and cut the bag open and then try and pull out all of the bag? Spend about 15 minutes scooping feed from one to the other? I really need to perfect my technique.

I just cut it open and pour it into my feeder. Nothing usually spills.

I put the feed into a metal trash can with a scoop, I just use 2 scoops into the feeder (which is right next to the trash can). I find that I don't spill the feed as much.
