The kind folks at Avian Fashions have a fashionable diaper solution for emus!

It's called a flightsuit and they make them in a bunch of different colors and fabrics.

The only measurement required is: "the snap measurement, which is the distance between base of neck, down your Emu's back to where the tail feathers start (don't include the tail feathers)."
