Emu Egg Hatch-along

I have another baby out! The other is still TBD. A little tiny standard gray. Now my white baby has a friend. I'll miss our cuddle sessions in the blanket in the chair. Lol!

I opened the other 2 that should have hatched on Monday with the white baby. One was clear with a little blood and the other had a quitter of about 30ish days old or so. I knew I'd seen it wiggle a few times, but then it obviously quit.

I got an external pip a few hours ago
I was doing waters for the young birds and heard chirping looked in and saw the crack )

Beautiful baby!! Congratulations!! I was hoping I would have some ext pips this morning, but so far nothing. So anxious!!! It would be so fun to have an Easter emu But it isn’t looking like it for me! Unless one decides to pip and hatch quickly!

I’m still waiting on the other 2
Baby 2 is at 45 hours now
Baby 3 only 22-23 hours so I don’t expect egg 3 today
But egg 2 is trying hard. I feel the hits and hear louder peeps then yesterday
