I don't think it looks very good. At around 3:30am or so, egg #3 was rocking and rolling all over the place. I don't even see it moving at all now. Sometimes you just have to let nature take its course as much as we don't like that idea. I recently lost several Sebastopol goslings. I have a no helping policy, except with an air hole. If they pip and the air hole recloses, I'll enlarge it a tiny bit.
