Emu oil for foot Mites!!!!!!!!

My Serama Hen had foot mites bad she was even limping it hurt her...
Any way I tried the vasoline but that was yucky and goopy. I tried olive oil it was working but was taking a long time. I got and idea that I would try my Emu oil that I used for inflamation and back aches and pains since she was limping and all. I noticed a difference the next day and by day two she stoped limping now her scales are growing back and she is running around HAPPY! It worked awesome It is a little expensive but a little goes along way.....

I use emu oil both topically and internally (I take emu oil gel caps) for inflamation, cuts, etc. I always have a couple of bottles in the house but had never given any thought to using it on the critters.

I bought it at my farmers market but I know you can buy it on line just look up emu oil and you will find all kinds of dealers. Her is the web address for the lady I bought from www.emulateproducts.com Hope this helps! Its all natural and wont harm your Chickens.
