Emus and Ducks in the same Bator?

I have two emu eggs in my incubator that are due to hatch in about 2 weeks and I want to test hatch some duck eggs (I witnessed my mallard male breeding with my blue swedish hen). If I put the duck eggs in in about a week, Will the emus be okay? I will probably need to move them when they begin to pip anyway.... but what do you think about the humidity?
