Im shocked they are girls!!! I was so convinced that I had males... But yay!!! Im so happy for them. They will think they are in emu heaven with mary. They will be so happy!!! Ill be sad to see them go but I know its for the best.

As adults they are much easier to sex. I think it's the aggression of thehens that makes people think they may have boys....the booming sound is a dead give-a-way.

Regardless, I surely do miss mine (not enough to have more, though) and congrats to Mary for finally getting hens!​
