Hi there, I'm new here and I have raised a lot of birds from quail to young geese, I have been recently thinking in hatching out an emu as they sell them online, is there any way j can tell is the egg is fertile when I first get it, and the humidity do I add water or just leave it until they start chirping or rolling? I usually add water when my quail and chicks start pipping the eggs but in wandering if it's any different with emus??
