end of the laying season egg

My EE hens have been laying less and less but the color has been staying pretty good on them. Check out the one I got today!!

Actually, the color looks better in real life then in the pictures. Not too bad, IMO.

That is a really cool egg color! To bad she's laying LESS for you. Mine are slackers too this season.

End of the season? I'm in Canada and will get eggs all winter.

Interesting shell. Any idea what the cross is?

The days are getting shorter here in Washington State. I have no lights on my birds.
The hens are Ameracuanas or easter eggers of some kind. I have not got a singel one that lays a 'pink' egg. They are all blue or green. I am so happy about that.
