new home, but still needs some finishing touches.

What is different than most is the collapsible roost that I built. I have limited space, so the collapsible roost allows me to get in and clean or work in the coop.

I love this idea! I almost turned my kid's (ages 20 & 23) old swing set into a guinea coop. Our old fort had a triple swing set attached as well-- could have just added wire to make the run. My husband is very lucky that he came home from fishing when he did, or we would have had yet another coop:)
 
I'd like to submit my new coop in the coop contest! Unfortunately I already recycled all the plans I drew up so my coop page has no plans. But I've got good photos and a detailed description of what I did.

Also, maybe you could create a "Best Sustainable Coop" contest. I think I'd have a good shot at winning that.
