I agree about the sugar needing to dissolve, but because of different tastes, that's why I make up 'simple syrup' to keep in the fridge for adding to iced tea.

I dont know of this manner....is it correct to show your pinky finger when you are sipping your tea or holding your tea cup? My guts says no.
