I'm sure this has been asked and answered a billion times....
We have a 7 week old pullet EE, quite a bit smaller than her hatch-mates, but doing well.
Tonight a new development- her crop seems to be very large and firm... she's still eating and active.
Am I just a worried poppa, or should I be springing into action?
New to chickens here, please bear with me

OOp's, new info. My wife said this little girl was moving her neck around and "drooled" a greenish, maybe brown liquid this morning.
Sour crop, maybe? I'm too "newb to know the difference between a squishy crop and a firm crop.
Already feeding live proB yogurt, buying raw acv tomorrow, will read the Monistat thread.

If you suspect a crop problem you need to act quickly. When we were new we had a couple die from eating too much fresh mowed grass. I found the best thing to do is to isolate them. Provide water with apple cider vinegar. Melt coconut oil and use a syringe to get it down the throat. Massage the crop in a downward motion. Do this a couple times a day. It cured every one of my hens. The coconut oil help lube up the problem great!
