What on earth is going on with our astralorp’s crop? It’s big, squishy and it sways around. It will occasionally touch the ground when she eats. It’s not tender, she’ll let me massage it and not fuss. Poop is good, appetite is good, energy level is good. It’s been about a week now.

Is her crop empty/flat when you check first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink?

If it's not emptying overnight, then you will want to address that.
Work on emptying the crop, she may eventually need a crop bra, but first try to resolve it without a crop first.
