Entered my first fair yesterday! They didn't know what a Showgirl was!

Thank you, i love this bird. I called hom Blizzard, the promblem is 2 weeks after they shot the pic, HE PAST AWAY!! NO SIGHNS ON WHY!!!
im proud he made it into a book, i still have his sister more fuller head, she is so cute im breeding her with a pure white silkie.

Ok, so we got 4 blue ribbons and one red ribbon for all of our birds. No white ribbons, thankfully, considering most all entries won ribbons, lol.

They sorted the birds by name of the owner, not by type. Poor judge, she had a book of photos to help her with the standards and she spent hours flipping on each bird! Would have made her life easier and judging quicker if they would have sorted correctly.

Met tons of people, tons of people asking what in the heck Silkies & Showgirls were!

It was a small fair and almost everyone got a ribbon, so I'm not too overjubilant or anything! LOL.
