entire hatch dead

I jusdt came home to all the chicks in the incubator dead. This hatch started yesterday. everything had been going fine, tonight I knowing the hatch should be done I went to remove all the chicks and clean the incubator for the next set. BUT every chick was dead. all appeared to be fine all were large and fluffy, but all lying all around the bottom of the bator dead. Any ideas on what could have caused this. I have already hatched more than 200 chicks in this bator this year with no issues. Any ideas would be appreciated

did you check temp., humidity? I'm sure you did, but i've never heard of that happening before! sorry for your loss, but i can't think of anything else that would have caused it except for maybe some mysterious illness.
