Thanks, Hank, very interesting and informative. I'm going to have to purchase some styrofoam for forms and also some appropriate pins. Wonder if Hobby Lobby might have? Think I'll get some epoxy resin, too .. could make some nice paperweights out of a couple of these lovely flutterbys ...

Yeah I learned about back in high school I had to make my own collection for a class I had! I’ve always been fascinated by these types of things! I never did it as nicely as you though.
