Solved Error message when trying to post

We are still working on a few things. It happens each time I restart the web server software.

What's the backend? Apache? httpd -k graceful will gracefully reload the config without terming the connection of open connection sockets at the time of reload. Depending on the OS, there are a couple of ways to do it, but that's the underlying command that most *nixes wrapper around.

It's nginx. It's the php-fpm back-end which is causing the 502 error though.

Ugh. I'd ask a bunch more questions, but you're busy. I'd love to hear about it sometime. (my day job is herding cats, and my background is linux engineering, so talking shop is second nature )

So, sometimes BYC will work great but occasionally when I click a link(bookmark, email, or in a BYC post) to a page on BYC this will show up. If I click 'retry for live version' the page will reload and everything works exactly like normal.

If this happens I reload the page or click 'retry for live version' and it will usually work so it's not preventing me from getting online or anything. Just letting y'all know.
