(I'd say give two warnings, and then ban. A sort of three strikes, your out rule.)

(Oh, yes. I've been following your RP a little, and I saw that. I'm sure it's frustrating. Just remember that you need members to RP, and if you just kick somebody off the thread without warning for doing something like that, people might leave. Give them a little slack, give them a warning, and hope that they don't do it again!)
