Establishing a pecking order?

My chicks are 4 weeks old, and sometimes get into little scuffles. They’ll square each other up, fluff their feathers and flap a bit, with the occasional pecking. I feel like this is just them establishing their hierarchy since no one’s getting singled out or injured, but I just wanted to be sure. Before anyone asks, yes the brooder is getting a bit small for them but we’re working on expanding it, which will be a bit hard to do this week with the lower temps. All in all though, everyone usually gets along.

It's play fighting. Both pullets and cockerels indulge in it.
