Old thread but I thought I'd give my opinion on Estes Hatchery here.
I ordered 7 +1 ducklings (5 Rouen and 2 runners) from Estes to be shipped from them. 5 were DOA and 2 died shortly after... the only only still alive is the bonus duckling they sent.
